Grain Property took on this project back in 2022. The owner was looking to redecorate the entire three bedroom house. Grain also sanded down all the original floorboards to give them a new lease of life and we installed fitted cupboards.

From there we worked with our partner paint company Lick Paint to come up with a colour scheme that made the space feel homely and spacious.
After all of the major sanding down of the floors had taken place, it was time to get the paint brushes out and give the entire flat a full makeover.
As you can see from all the images below, our client wanted a bold statement with these gorgeous olive greens, off whites and blues to elevate the space.
