Grain Property took on this project back in June 2021. It was a complete wreck when we started with it. The team turned it from an unlivable, mold growing flat into a stunning liveable space.
Grain Property Refurbishment
Grain started off by ripping everything apart to find out what was wrong with the property. We discovered that all the walls needed to be reskimmed (plastered). We then went on to install brand new electrics throughout the property. We installed a brand new boiler along with an underfloor heating system which acted as the central heating system throughout the flat.
From there we worked with designers and the client to come up with kitchen and bathroom designs. We supplied the kitchen and bathroom and installed the whole lot.
After all of the major works had been completed, it was time to get the paint brushed out and give the entire flat a full makeover. As you can see from all the lovely images, our client wanted a bold statement with these gorgeous greens, pinks, and olive colours to really elevate the space.
